Fedex Express complaint
This is the second package in two weeks FedEx has messed up on. First package they wouldn't leave after it was paid for, and was signed for to leave.

To fix this I phoned them to pay taxes on it as soon as it left the states. Yesterday the courier would not give me the package I paid for because he had no record of the payment made 48 hours earlier. He promised to bring it back the next day and leave it once it was all cleared up but he claimed that I was not home and that it is at the station for pickup.

On top of all this FedEx call centre employees keep telling me that they will call me back after it is clarified but never do.
